Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the clinical and operations teams to identify the data and information required to achieve key priorities.
• Work with relevant management teams to identify and access available and pertinent datasets.
• Address the data needs of stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations on data collection, integration, and utilization.
• Mine, clean, and organise datasets from various sources, such as the Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR), surveys, etc., ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Utilize advanced IT software tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc., to develop, maintain, and refine dashboards and scorecards that support data analysis, monitor and report findings and outcomes, and offer actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Be well versed and updated on EPIC and other operational applications in order to propose solutions that will address the needs on operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, MS Excel [advanced], data visualization tools like Tableau).
• Proficient in extracting, cleaning, and interpreting complex data with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the healthcare sector is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and functions
• Open to considering candidates with no experience, but strong academic proficiency in data.
