-Partner with multiple teams across the entire organization incl. selection, pricing, category management, logistics, finance, and consumer to deliver actionable business insights.
-Work with large-scale datasets to extract transformative insights that lead to the implementation of new features, initiatives, and organizational milestones.
-Develop and oversee company-wide periodic reports, ensuring executive leadership has access to accurate, unified data for decision-making.
-Build and maintain dedicated analytical tools to monitor business performance, providing real-time visibility and the agility to pivot strategies based on data-driven results.
-Proactively investigate unexamined business areas to uncover hidden patterns and unlock new growth opportunities.
-You have extensive analytical expertise combined with a profound understanding of the business landscape.
-You have a bachelor's degree in Big Data, Economics, or a related field.
-You have at least 4 years of experience in analytics, or related roles, preferably in retail and/or e-commerce.
-You are an expert in SQL. Knowledge of Python, Tableau, Data Studio and Airflow will be an advantage.
-You know how to use AI tools in the work of a data analyst.
-You are able to apply statistical methods to solve problems and forecast metrics in business contexts.
-You are effective at partnering and building relationships across business, finance, analytics, and data science teams.
-You have a proven track record of generating transformative insights that drive significant decisions on a strategic level.
-You are a proactive problem-solver.
