Our client is seeking experienced
Data Analysts with Databricks exposure
to support a high-impact data and analytics initiative. The successful candidates will work alongside the client's existing engineering team and play a key role in delivering actionable business insights through dashboard development, analytics, and cloud-based data solutions.

The role requires individuals who can comfortably operate in both technical and business environments, translating complex data into meaningful insights for business stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using
  Power BI
  .
• 
  Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• 
  Work with cloud-based data platforms, particularly
  Databricks
  , to access, transform, and analyse data.
• 
  Collaborate with the client's Data Engineering team to support data integration and pipeline initiatives.
• 
  Support data governance, quality, security, and compliance requirements.
• 
  Assist in implementing analytics best practices, standards, and reporting frameworks across business divisions.
• 
  Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• 
  Engage with senior stakeholders and executives to communicate findings and project progress.
• 
  Contribute to GenAI and advanced analytics initiatives where applicable.
• 
  Ensure successful delivery of project outcomes within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  Proven experience as a
  Data Analyst

  Strong experience with

  dashboard and report development.

  Exposure to

  and cloud-based data environments.

  Strong SQL skills.

  Experience working with data models, datasets, and reporting frameworks.

  Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data engineering concepts.

  Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

  Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Project Structure

The engagement will consist of three phases:

• 
  Phase 1:
  One Data Analyst allocated full-time.

  Phase 2 & 3:
  Two Data Analysts allocated full-time.

Resources will be deployed at
8 hours per day
for the duration of the project and will provide expertise in:

Working closely with the Senior Data Engineer, the consultants will help establish standards, improve reporting capabilities, and deliver high-quality analytics solutions across multiple business divisions.
