As a CRM Data Analyst, you will play a key role in turning service and CRM data into meaningful insights that help improve our global service operations. Working closely with Product, IT and Operations teams, you will build reports and dashboards, monitor data quality, and support transformation and AI initiatives through data-driven analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems through data, has a strong attention to detail and is passionate about creating reporting that enables better decision-making.

What you will do

  • Build, maintain and optimize reports and dashboards to monitor service performance and operational KPIs.

  • Analyze CRM and service data to identify trends, improvement opportunities and support transformation and AI initiatives.

  • Measure the impact of new CRM capabilities, AI-enabled solutions, and service improvements through reporting and performance analysis.

  • Monitor and improve data quality to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

  • Work with Product, IT and Operations teams to understand reporting requirements and support CRM analytic initiatives.

  • Support integration of service data into broader reporting solutions, including Power BI and other analytics platforms.

  • Investigate customer service data, such as contact volumes, case handling and operational performance, to provide actionable insights.

What you bring

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst, CRM Analyst or similar analytical role.

  • Experience building reports, dashboards and working with reporting or business intelligence tools.

  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data manipulation.

  • Experience with Power BI, CRM Analytics, QlikView or similar reporting platforms.

  • Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage).

  • Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, AI-assisted analytics, or a strong interest in applying AI to improve analysis and business processes.

  • SQL knowledge is nice to have.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.

You will be based in our office in Komorniki, Poland, working alongside other Poland-based colleagues while being part of a global CRM Service team. Your manager will be based in Lynge, Denmark, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across markets and functions.
