Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission for a Data Analyst, where you will represent Keystone Solutions on-site at a client in the financial sector. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be embedded within the client's Customer Analysis team, working closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data-driven insights. All responsibilities and requirements listed below will be performed under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, offering you the opportunity to work on dynamic projects across various client environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a business and data analyst within the Customer Analysis team, collaborating with team members and stakeholders to translate business needs into hypotheses for verification using client data.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the business context and apply a critical, analytical mindset to research needs, focusing on key outcomes.
• Identify, transform, and analyze relevant data (variables, formats, sources) to support business needs and client-data related questions.
• Gather, transform, and analyze raw data using sourcing techniques.
• Deliver business impact to improve customer approach.
• Present concise stories in PowerPoint with key conclusions and recommendations based on data analysis.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory.

Education:

• Master’s degree in economics or another academic background with substantial knowledge and experience in data and analytics in a business context.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.

Technical Experience:

• Data analysis is part of your DNA.
• Proven experience with SAS EG, SQL, and Python for data capture and transformation.
• Power BI reporting skills.
• Ability to set up ad hoc queries and reports using various data analytics tools.
• Eagerness to identify and understand relevant data, analyze it effectively, and provide actionable business recommendations.
• Experience with Gitlab is an asset.

Business Experience:

• Good knowledge of bank and insurance products and the sector is mandatory.
