As a Data Analyst at the Bolt for Business team, you must excel in data analysis as well as statistical and financial modeling.

Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively share insights with stakeholders.

With solid business acumen, you analyze large datasets, identify trends, and develop reports and dashboards, improving the business’s visibility and fueling its growth.

• <point>Own Bolt for Business's business reporting cycles (monthly and quarterly). Ability to automate reporting ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</point>
• <point>Contribute to Bolt for Business's data-driven business planning.</point>
• <point>Build data-driven business cases to identify growth levers and lead optimization initiatives.</point>
• <point>Develop dashboards and ad-hoc reports.</point>

<title> About you:</title>

• <point>You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Business, or a related analytical field.</point>
• <point>You have 3+ years of experience in data analytics and/or financial modelling, ideally in consulting or a fast-growing company.</point>
• <point>You have strong SQL skills, with experience using Python or R for data analysis considered a plus.</point>
• <point>You are experienced with at least one BI tool (such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, DataStudio, or Metabase) and comfortable creating clear data visualizations.</point>
• <point>You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.</point>
• <point>You are driven, intellectually curious, and act with integrity; familiarity with DBT, data modelling best practices, and B2B sales funnel metrics is a plus.</point>
