We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in our journey toward becoming a fully data-driven organization. In this position, you'll work at the intersection of data, technology, business operations, automation, and AI, helping teams make smarter decisions and continuously improve performance.

From developing impactful Power BI dashboards and solving business challenges with data, to supporting automation initiatives and piloting AI solutions, you'll have the opportunity to influence how our business operates today and evolves tomorrow.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive Insight Through Data

As our Data Analyst you'll be responsible for turning operational and business data into meaningful insights.

You will:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, owning the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to production delivery
  • Respond to data requests and perform ad hoc analyses for operational stakeholders
  • Translate business questions into data models, queries, and actionable recommendations
  • Monitor, identify, and help resolve data quality issues in collaboration with data owners
  • Document data processes, business logic, and data flows to ensure transparency and consistency
  • Support data engineering activities and help improve data foundations across the organization
  • Manage and support local reporting applications and analytical tools
  • Contribute to the development and pilot implementation of AI agents and intelligent automation solutions

Improve Processes & Deliver Change

Beyond analytics, you'll be an active contributor to projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

You will:

  • Analyze business performance and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas
  • Partner with teams across Operations, Pricing, Underwriting, IT, Marketing, and other functions to achieve business goals
  • Support projects involving data migration, platform modernization, and process automation
  • Participate in incident and change management activities, including system enhancements, reporting improvements, data requests, and process changes
  • Help execute our data strategy and support the organization's transition toward a fully data-driven way of working

What You'll Bring

Experience & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Econometrics, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a data, analytics, business intelligence, or related role
  • Strong skills in Python, SQL, and Excel
  • Experience with a BI platform, preferably Power BI
  • Understanding of data governance principles and GDPR requirements
  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (such as Azure), and integration technologies is a plus
  • Knowledge of insurance products and processes is advantageous but not required

Who You Are

You're more than just technically capable. You're someone who enjoys solving problems, asking the right questions, and connecting data with business value.

You are:

  • Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Curious and proactive, always looking beyond the numbers to understand the business context
  • A clear communicator who can explain complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across different functions and stakeholder groups
  • Reliable and accountable, taking ownership and following through on commitments
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies, tools, and ways of working
  • Someone who enjoys owning projects and tasks from start to finish

Why Join Us?

This is more than a reporting role.

You'll be joining a team that is investing in data, automation, and AI to transform how the business operates. You'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, and help shape the future of analytics within the organization.

If you're excited by the idea of combining data, technology, and business impact while helping build a truly data-driven company, we'd love to hear from you.
