We’re looking for a Data Analyst & Administrator Trainee to join us in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Global Quality team. This role focuses on data analytics and programming, leveraging SQL, Python, Power BI, and dashboard deployment. The ideal candidate will support the team in enhancing data-driven decision-making processes and improving the quality management system.

The role of Data Analyst & Administrator Trainee will involve:

• • Data Analysis and Reporting Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources. Generateinsightsandreportstosupportqualitymanagementinitiatives

  • Dashboard Development Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize key quality metrics and trends. Ensuredashboardsareuser-friendlyandprovideactionableinsights.

  • Programming and Automation Develop scripts and tools in Python to automate data processing and reporting tasks. Enhanceefficiencyandaccuracyofdata handling.

  • Quality Data Management Assist in maintaining and improving the quality data infrastructure. Ensuredataintegrityandconsistencyacrossdifferentsystems

  • Collaboration and Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions. Communicatefindingsandrecommendationseffectivelytostakeholders

Your Experience

• • Education Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, DataScience, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • TechnicalSkillsProficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and automation. oExperience with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.

  • Analytical Skills Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights. Strongproblem-solvingskills

  • Attention to Detail High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and reporting.

  • Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Abilitytopresentdatafindingsclearlyandconcisely

  • Team Player Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingnesstolearnandadapttonewchallenges

It would be desirable if you had:

• • Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.

  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
