Position: Senior Data Analyst - Global Solution Design

Contract Type: Full time- Permanent

Grade: RCS L

Location: MUMBAI - INDIA

We are looking for a highly skilled Data analyst expert to join our global team and drive innovation in supply chain analytics. This role involves leveraging advanced analytical techniques, AI, and operations research to solve complex problems and develop power BI tools. You will play a key part in piloting, productizing, and deploying impactful data-driven use cases across our GSDC function.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Define, manage, and deliver data analytics projects that support business objectives and drive measurable business impact.
• Lead data preparation activities including data extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, exploratory analysis, and feature engineering.
• Apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities from complex datasets.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Build predictive and prescriptive analytics models to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Develop analytics products, prototypes, and user-facing applications leveraging Python, R, and modern analytics technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders on analytics methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Functional Experience

3+ years of experience required

• Strong experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Decision Support. Hands-on experience in data modeling, data preparation, data transformation, and advanced analytics techniques. Strong understanding of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics methodologies. Experience delivering analytics solutions within logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related business functions
