You will be:

• analyzing large datasets related to customer behavior, digital marketing campaigns, and business performance,
• designing, developing, and maintaining analytical datasets using SQL and PySpark,
• preparing and transforming data from multiple sources for reporting and advanced analytics purposes,
• collaborating closely with marketing analysts, business stakeholders, and data teams,
• supporting campaign measurement, customer segmentation, funnel analysis, retention, churn, and ROI calculations,,
• ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability across analytical outputs,
• investigating data issues and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement,
• contributing to optimizing data models and data processing workflows,
• supporting ad hoc analytical requests from business stakeholders.

Your profile:

• 3+ years of experience as Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or in a similar data-focused role,
• advanced SQL skills, including: complex joins, CTEs, window functions, query optimization,
• hands-on experience with PySpark,
• experience working with large-scale datasets,
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• experience translating business questions into data-driven insights,
• ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment,
• fluent Polish and English.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

• experience in digital marketing analytics,
• experience analyzing: customer acquisition, customer retention, campaign performance, funnel conversion, customer lifetime value (LTV),
• experience with Databricks,
• experience with Delta Lake or modern lakehouse architectures,
• understanding of data modeling concepts,
• familiarity with Power BI,
• experience working in agile teams.
