Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Analyze complex, high-volume data from various sources using diverse tools and techniques to derive actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality standardized outputs, including visualizations and dashboards, that translate complex data into clear, business-relevant insights.
  • Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests by developing new reports or dashboards as needed, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Support the ongoing delivery of regular KPI reports, maintaining accuracy and relevance to business needs.
  • Synthesize analytical findings into meaningful insights, presenting data in an easy-to-understand format for diverse business audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs, define requirements, and deliver data-driven insights that support decision-making.
  • Continuously seek to improve reporting processes by staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and insight generation.
  • Provide technical support and training on analytical tools and methodologies to empower business stakeholders in their use of data-driven insights.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will make a tangible impact on our internal and external customers by building data-driven solutions and providing high impact analytical insights and recommendations. You will be a trusted advisor and empowered to put Customer at the heart of decision making, and an ambassador for Data Analytics across Digital and the wider Data Analytics Community

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Utilize your inquisitive mindset, analytical skills & ask the right questions to understand complex business challenges
  • Develop and implement analytics aligned with the business needs and in accordance with best practices
  • Use Statistical experience and Business knowledge to solve complex business challenges
  • Interrogate, manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and analytical techniques
  • Build engaging and interactive visualizations using state of the art methods
  • Provide and concisely communicate high quality deep dive analysis with clear recommendations and actionable insight
  • Collaboratively work within a squad to deliver solutions by defining and designing Data Analytics tasks (for example, data requirements, output, success criteria, timescales)
  • Provide guidance on KPIs and best practice in reporting and analytical problem solving
  • Embed data analytics in Product solutions

SKILLS

  • Experience in turning data into insight and recommendations for action.
  • Working across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, extracting information, and identifying linkages across disparate data sets
  • Experience in clearly communicating (verbal and written) Insight to technical and non-technical Stakeholders
  • 1-3+ years of Data Analytics experience
  • SQL
  • BI tools such as QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Understanding of Python or transferrable coding languages
