Lone Star Circle of Care (LSCC) Business Intelligence department (BI) seeks a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of Healthcare Data Analyst. BI is driven by its mission to deliver quality, cost-effective services to the neediest Texans. This position makes a significant contribution to LSCC’s mission by assisting with data reporting and analytical activities.
The Healthcare Data Analyst performs complex data collection, reporting and analysis to monitor, evaluate and increase efficiencies for LSCC. Work involves conducting detailed analysis of and extensive research on data, used for financial estimates and operational deliverables. Includes providing results, and monitoring and implementing data quality. May provide guidance to others. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. The Healthcare Data Analyst works with various teams to explore different aspects of a system (people, policy, and processes) to determine why particular areas are performing well or have opportunities for improvement
