Data Modeling & Analytics Design, build, and maintain scalable data models using Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Power BI. Data Extraction & Transformation (ETL) Write optimized SQL queries and leverage Azure Data Factory or Databricks to clean, transform, and integrate disparate data sources. Dashboarding & Visualization Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports using advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query to monitor KPIs. Performance Optimization Monitor data pipeline performance, optimize slow-running queries, and ensure data integrity across storage layer services (e.g., Azure Data Lake Storage). Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with product, business, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into clear analytical solutions. Data Governance & Security Maintain security, compliance, and access management standards across cloud data environments. Power BI & DAX Advanced skills in Power BI service/desktop, data modeling (star/snowflake schemas), and DAX calculations. Scripting (Basic/Intermediate) Familiarity with Python or PySpark for automated data handling and statistical analysis
