Job Purpose
The Data Analyst transforms data into actionable insights that support performance tracking, decision-making, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from ERP/CRM/HRMS systems.
• Design dashboards and reports (Power BI, SQL, Excel).
• Support business units in defining KPIs and reporting.
• Ensure reporting uses clean, trusted, and validated data.
• Assist in cross-functional projects and user training.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related.
• 2–5 years’ experience in data analysis, BI, or reporting.
• ERP/business systems knowledge (Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Familiarity with financial services data (advantageous).
