An organisation is looking for 2 driven data analysts, with a strong affinity and interest in news, sports, or online streaming content.
Data Analyst — Sports
Covers sports content for both dedicated fans and casual followers, through a differentiated, multi-channel, multimedia offering. To bring this content even closer to the audience, we're looking for a Data Analyst who will drive the team toward more data-driven decisions on content and distribution — reaching, informing, and inspiring more people with quality, tailored content.
Data Analyst — News
Delivers daily coverage across multiple digital platforms, for a broad audience at various points throughout the day. Here too, we're looking for a Data Analyst to support the team in making more data-driven decisions on content and distribution.
Data Analyst — Streaming
Offers an extensive range of video and audio content. As Data Analyst, you'll use data and insights to drive the platform's tactical and strategic choices across all touchpoints (site, app, social media, …).
What we expect from you
As Data Analyst, you play a key role between the central Data Intelligence team and the content teams, acting as the go-to person for insights on content and user behaviour across the relevant touchpoints (website, app, social media channels, …).
You know how to translate data analysis into an accessible, actionable format for content teams and the wider organisation, and can support, advise, and guide them toward working with relevant data themselves.
Responsibilities:
Analysing user behaviour and content consumption across touchpoints, including social media channels
Measuring, analysing, and reporting on the impact of content, marketing, SEO, and CRM initiatives, and proactively proposing optimisations and actionable recommendations
Recurring KPI reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and actionable insights to content teams and management
Collaborating with other data analysts, UX, and Marketing to optimise the user experience
Supporting the execution of A/B tests and implementing improvements
Convincing content teams and stakeholders to take data-driven action, and guiding them toward greater autonomy with data (dashboards, reports, segmentation manager)
Working closely with other disciplines within the data team and staying up to date on the latest developments in data
Willingness to work on-site 3 days per wee
