About The Role

You will be part of the Data Team, playing a key role in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will work with large datasets, apply statistical and analytical techniques, and generate actionable insights that help improve business performance and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide regular updates on key business metrics, enabling leadership teams to monitor company performance effectively.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze data based on stakeholder requirements, collaborating closely with other data analysts and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to investigate business challenges, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Data Engineering teams to define and establish internal and external data sources, including contributing to data warehouse design and data modeling for optimal data organization.
• Investigate and resolve data anomalies by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that support business growth and operational improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in at least one database query language (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, PrestoSQL, or similar).
• Strong understanding of basic statistics and analytical concepts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Curiosity and eagerness to explore and leverage Agentic AI tools to enhance data analysis and decision-making processes.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Experience with BigQuery, Tableau, Metabase or other analytics and data visualization platforms is an advantage
