We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and quick-thinking Data Analyst who can transform raw data into meaningful business insights that empower decision-making across the WSI Sourcing organization. The successful candidate will leverage data analytics, automation, and AI-driven technologies to improve operational efficiency, streamline reporting processes, and enable data-informed business strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn and understand WSI Sourcing business workflow, processes and data requirements.
Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques, providing actionable reports, dashboards, and business insights.
Develop and implement data collection processes, data analytics methodologies, and automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain good data in our database systems
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets to support business decision-making.
Design, develop, and optimize data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
Filter and cleanse data by reviewing reports, system outputs, and performance indicators to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and management to prioritize information needs and deliver analytical solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement through data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI-powered tools and solutions to improve team productivity, data accessibility, and decision-making capabilities.
Promote best practices in data governance, data quality, automation, and responsible AI usage.
JOB HOLDER’S COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
At least a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar analytical role.
Experience supporting business functions through data-driven insights, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Proficient in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience applying AI solutions for data analysis, report generation, workflow automation, knowledge management, or decision support is highly desirable.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI-assisted analytics, AI copilots, or AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI Copilot, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
Ability to identify opportunities where AI can drive operational efficiency and business value while ensuring responsible
