In this role, you will play a key role in enabling data driven decision making to support our mission within Infrastructure & Operations, supporting critical tasks for IT infrastructure and support. Instead of waiting for outcomes to happen, you will help us actively influence our operating terms. You will work within small, multi-disciplinary teams with a core focus on delivering pragmatic, sustainable solutions directly to and with our technical departments. Crucially, you will not be alone or required to build everything from scratch; you are joining a larger, well-established data mesh organization where you can leverage robust enterprise data foundations and collaborate with a global network of data professionals.

Tasks & Accountabilities

You will contribute to the team through your analysis and technical execution across the following key responsibilities:

• ITSM Platform Transformation: Satair is currently changing its ITSM platform and wants to retain high-level data to monitor developing trends across platforms. In this context, you will handle data transfers and work hand-in-hand with functional teams to develop and improve dashboards and reports.

• Actionable Diagnosis & Problem Solving: Ad-hoc tasks will occur where you will be expected to analyze complex technical data to help identify potential root causes. You will deconstruct problems and proactively develop actionable solutions through process automation, tools, dashboards, or presentations.

• Pragmatic Execution: You will manage your time dynamically so you do not focus on the analysis only, but also actively commence on execution. This includes developing minimum viable products (MVPs) and digital products that directly address functional pain points.

• Community Integration: You will become a part of our wider data mesh community to help us understand and use knowledge gained across the business. Stepping into this well-established data mesh ecosystem means you won't be reinventing the wheel - instead, you will network across teams to re-use existing data products and infrastructure . Within this framework, you will act as a focal point driving awareness and adoption of technologies and analytics.

• Stakeholder Management: Your communication skills and structural mindset will be essential, as we serve many different stakeholders and must ensure our messages are well received at all ends. You will articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Your Profile

We are looking for a quick learner who is passionate about their work, possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, and has a strong drive to get things done. You hold a Bachelor's degree or have 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar position with a strong eagerness to combine deep analysis with practical, hands-on work.

Technical Toolbox

• You have a demonstrated understanding of data types and can successfully work with and combine structured and unstructured data.

• You possess solid experience with databases, data structures, collaboration tools, and scripting languages.

• Robust coding abilities (e.g., Python, SQL) and experience working with APIs, algorithms, or data integrations are considered a highly valuable plus.

• Experience with or exposure to Palantir Foundry is highly advantageous, as it serves as a central pillar of our data tech stack and analytics ecosystem

• You know how to utilize your own technical "toolbox" to share data through structured exhaustive lists, diagrams, or pivot tables.

Mindset & Interpersonal Skills

• You have a strong ability to work independently, maintain consistency in terms of deliverables, and bring an independent yet cooperating drive to the team.

• You excel at building long-term relationships and networking across a large organization to collaborate, share knowledge, and re-use existing solutions.

• You understand the unique challenges of different departments, allowing you to empathize with their concerns and tailor your approach to support technology adoption.

• Travel in this position can occur but is currently deemed a rare case (e.g., less than 10 days per year).
