Responsible for overall quality of the data and the sample of the Retail audit. He/she should ensure that there are proper/adequate quality checks in place, and improve the overall process where gaps are identified. Understand the market dynamics that can drive the results of a retail audit. Be able to understand and interpret the data trends. Do regular updates of coverages and suggest corrective actions where issues occur. Prepare presentations for internal and possibly external clients.
Estimate universes for existing and future Retail audit countries, using both internal and external data sources. Be able to think outside of the box and provide proper solutions to the specific client needs. Design samples to represent the universe of the specific country/category.
Work closely with production and field teams to continuously improve/maintain the quality of the Ipsos retail product.
Ensure that required KPIs are produced, shared and tracked across all areas of the retail and consumer product.
