Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who thrives on digging into complex datasets, uncovering hidden trends, and translating insights into meaningful business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, exploring data from multiple sources, and delivering clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Perform deep-dive analyses across diverse data sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Write and optimize custom SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• Use advanced Excel techniques (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling) to explore and visualize findings.
• Create user-friendly Tableau reporting to illuminate critical business insights, analysis, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Proactively identify gaps, anomalies, and emerging patterns that may impact business performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Tableau (or other similar BI reporting tool), adept at writing custom queries in a business/commercial environment.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage ambiguous or open-ended problems.
• Demonstrated curiosity and a proactive mindset - someone who enjoys “looking under the hood”.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and connecting insights across systems.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
