Job Description

Data Analyst

Location: Grapevine, TX (Hybrid)
Compensation: $85,000
Department: Information Technology
Reports To: Director, IT & Data Analytics

  • Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining databases and reporting environments
  • Analyzes data, generates reports, and provides insights and recommendations
  • Supports development, testing, and ongoing enhancements of data systems and reporting tools
  • Ensures data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate business needs into clear analytical requirements
  • Perform complex data analysis, validation, and interpretation
  • Develop and support reporting tools, dashboards, and data environments
  • Conduct data integrity checks and business validation testing
  • Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Finance, Trade, Sales/Account Management) to implement solutions
  • Communicate insights and train stakeholders on database/reporting tools
  • Monitor data for regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to drive outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of SQL experience (MS T-SQL preferred)
  • 3+ years of data mining experience (healthcare environment preferred)
  • Experience developing complex reports, queries, and data extracts from multiple sources
  • Proven ability to evaluate and reconcile data from multiple sources and communicate insights clearly
