Data Analyst

We are now looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our onsite team supporting in London.
About the Role
As the Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering insight that drives improvements across the full commercial ecosystem spanning customer experience on, retailer investment effectiveness, marketing and sales performance, and the broader post-purchase, onboarding and promotional landscape.
A core part of your remit will be the design, build and ongoing management of a marketing and sales performance dashboard, underpinned by Google BigQuery and delivered in Looker Studio. This will serve as a critical decision-making tool for marketing, e-commerce, retail and CX teams surfacing insight such as campaign uplift, halo effects, retailer investment impact and share performance across products and markets.
Alongside this, you will analyse customer journeys, benchmark competitors, oversee content performance and support the planning and execution of onboarding and e-commerce promotions using platforms like GWI to create digital personas and audience profiles.
You will collaborate closely with CX, marketing, product and e-commerce teams as well as HQ and local market stakeholders to ensure insight informs decisions at every stage.
This role requires strong analytical capability, expertise in data modelling and SQL, and the ability to translate complex commercial questions into dashboard logic and actionable recommendations.
