About the role

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business reporting, customer insight analysis, and CRM data management across the organisation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting trends, and turning information into meaningful, actionable insights that support smarter decision-making across sales, marketing, and operational teams.

You will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, producing reports and analysis, and helping stakeholders better understand business performance and customer behaviour. Alongside strong analytical capability, this role requires excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the confidence to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

You will also support the wider business in leveraging modern tools and technologies, including emerging AI capabilities, to improve reporting, efficiency, and insight generation.

  • Producing regular business reports, dashboards and data analysis to support operational and commercial decision-making

  • Analysing customer, sales and CRM data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement

  • Supporting the maintenance, integrity and optimisation of CRM data and reporting processes

  • Working closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing and operations to understand reporting requirements and business objectives

  • Turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations

  • Supporting data cleansing, validation and governance activities to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency

  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation and overall data usage across the business

  • Using Excel and other reporting tools to manipulate, analyse and present data effectively

  • Supporting the exploration and adoption of AI tools and technologies to enhance reporting and business insight capabilities

  • Communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What will you bring?

  • Previous experience in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, CRM Analyst or similar data-focused role

  • Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation, reporting, formulas, pivot tables and analysis

  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer or sales data

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into meaningful business insights and recommendations

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to a range of stakeholders

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and use initiative

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Interest in emerging technologies and AI tools, with an understanding of how they can support business operations and reporting

  • Collaborative approach and willingness to support continuous improvement across reporting and data management processes
