Job Description


This is a remote position.


Job Title:
Sales Operations Analyst


Job Description:
• Design and maintain
dashboards, reports, and analytical models
to track sales performance metrics
• Analyze sales data to identify
trends, opportunities, and process improvements
• Support
sales forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting
using historical and market data
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to ensure
data integrity and scalable reporting solutions
• Utilize
SQL, Python, and visualization tools
to generate actionable insights
• Analyze
sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and operational efficiency
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support
strategic business decisions
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in
Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics
• Strong proficiency in
SQL
• Experience with
Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Knowledge of
Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
for data analysis
• Experience with
CRM systems like Salesforce
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:
• Experience in
Grocery, Retail, E-commerce, or Q-commerce industries
• Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
