Accountability and Scope:
To access,analyze,processandvalidatedata,ensuringthat all inputs and outputs to the applicable business processes areaccurateandin accordance withagreed policies and processes. Review and make recommendations to relatedpoliciesincluding assessments.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor and control Data Management performance KPI’s
Undertake analysis and assess departmental policy and parameters, making recommendations for any changes whererequiredto achieve departmentalobjectiveswithout compromising customer service.
Create, undertake, and review internalcustomersreporting and trend analysis toidentifypotential issues, errors, and monthly trends to ensureappropriate preventativeand improvement action can be undertaken to achieve departmentalobjectives
JDEexpertiseto create,modify, deactivate,updateor be able to help with any kind of request received by internal customers.
W2W transfer maintenance to achieve automatic transfers process runssmooth
Coaches & supports the data coordinators with questionsregardingthe process.
Create work instructions and make sure the process is standardized
Undertake Root Cause Analysis, contributing to and/or implementing the associated corrective action activity, toidentifyreasons for process or objective failures to ensure future prevention and improvement.
Design, calculate and report KPIs to ensure that the business hasaccurateandtimelydata to base decisions upon.
Maintain,updateand improve data systems and processes to improve efficiency and data integrity.
Participate in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.

Manage the staff within the Data managementfunctionshandling any issues in a fairlytimelyand professional manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree,
Supply chain experience
Inventory Management experience
Advanced Excel
QlikView /Qlik Senseknowledge (Desire notrequired)
JDE / GEAC ERP knowledge (Desire notrequired)
Good analytical skills
Background in data management & Database management
