Introduction to the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decision-making across the business. In this role, you will work with large and complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support product and business growth.

What will you do?

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Support business and product teams with data-driven recommendations
• Build and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• 
  Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical tasks
• Create reports and dashboards for ongoing performance tracking
• 
  Ensure data accuracy and consistency across sources

Must-have

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (mid-level)

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive approach and ownership mindset

Nice to have

Hard skills

• Experience in IT / Product / SaaS / FinTech / E-commerce companies
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of statistics
