As a Data Analyst in our chapter, you won’t just develop data products, you’ll define how data thrives across our organization. From ideation and design to development and deployment, you’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies. You’ll focus on high-value use cases across diverse business domains.
You’ll join a close-knit community of experienced Data professionals who thrive on collaboration, challenge, and continuous growth.
Own and deliver complex cross-functional data initiatives that power optimization, automation use cases across the entire Power Tools business.
► Design and orchestrate robust data pipelines from various source systems into our Azure-based architecture (Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Delta Lake).
► Engineer future-ready data platforms & data products—from raw ingestion to curated, production-grade data assets used worldwide.
► Model and integrate datasets from diverse domains, crafting standardized semantic models and highly reliable data structures for analytics, automation.
► Create powerful data visualizations (e.g., Power BI) and operational data solutions that become decision-critical tools for global stakeholders.
► Drive digital transformation with measurable impact: identify high-value use cases, prototype rapidly, scale solutions globally.
► Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams worldwide, acting as a technical expert and partner for leaders, engineers, and domain specialists
► A degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration with high IT affinity or a related technical area.
► 3+ years hands-on experience in data engineering, BI development, analytics, or data science roles.
► Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and DAX.
► Strong experience with Azure, Databricks, Delta Lake, and modern data architectures.
► Proven ability to design scalable data models, build production-ready pipelines, and manage cloud-based data platforms.
► Proven ability in creation of Data Models & Visualizations with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
► Strong analytical mindset, fast learning ability, and excellence in prompt engineering and modern AI-assisted development workflows.
► Communication strength across functions and levels; ability to drive alignment in complex environments.
► Curiosity, ambition, and a drive to evolve your skillset - especially in Data Science and AI/ML.
► Very good English skills
