Auckland Council’s Financial Strategy and Reporting department has an opportunity for a Data Analyst within the Financial Data & Processes team
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality financial and non-financial data that supports budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the Council group. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, enabling accurate reporting, and supporting informed decision-making across the organisation.
Please note: This is a fixed-term, full-time position ending 22 October 2026

This role requires experience in financial and data analysis within a large, complex organisation, along with strong capability in financial systems, data reconciliation, and a continuous improvement mindset.
