Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Data/ Research Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. The role will focus on developing and expanding our structured product database, with a specific emphasis on APAC markets. The database will be used for market intelligence, reference data, and lifecycle management for the structured products industry.

As a member of the team, the successful candidate will be expected to take full responsibility for improving coverage and upgrading the system to create a comprehensive and fully-featured database. The role will involve handling complex data entries and rules and will report directly to the Head of Data.

Responsibilities

• Increase coverage of our structured product database.
• Oversee and improve our daily prices database.
• Responsible for automating the data extraction process from public sources.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance (preferred), or in any other discipline with proven analytical or data-handling skills for fintech industry or banks.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in other languages is preferable.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• IT literate in appropriate Microsoft systems, including advanced Excel.
• Ability to manipulate large data sets.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information.
• Highly organised with the ability to schedule your own and others' workloads.

Working Time

• Regular Dhaka time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
