We are looking for a Data Analyst, who will design and develop an analytics solutions on Microsoft Fabric platform, build reliable data pipelines, model semantic layers, publish product reports in Power BI, and support lightweight business applications in Power Apps. In addition, in this role you will manage implementation on the client side, ensure effective interaction between the business and the head office team, and control quality and deadlines.

This is an exciting role with modern technologies where you can influence analytical solutions and be a key driver of the project.

What you'll do:

• Collect and analyze data from various sources (SQL, Microsoft Fabric, APIs, files, relational databases, business applications)
• Build reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Perform data modeling (star schema, facts and dimensions)
• Write DAX measures (time intelligence, KPIs, ABC/XYZ analysis)
• Configure RLS/OLS for data security
• Work with semantic models for multidimensional analysis
• Prepare and transform data (Power Query, Dataflows)
• Ensure data quality and validate calculations and required KPIs
• Gather and formalize client requirements; align and agree on analytics logic
• Analyze customer business and analytical requirements
• Deliver webinars and workshops
• Design high-level analytics and data architecture proposals based on Microsoft Fabric
• Build demos and proof-of-concepts
• Coordinate tasks with the head office team and communicate project status
• Prepare documentation and conduct user training

We could be a perfect fit if you are:

• Have at least 2+ years of experience in data analytics solutions or BI or Data Platform or DataWarehouse
• Have understanding of ETL / ELT patterns
• Have deep knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows, Semantic Models, Direct Lake, OneLake, Notebooks) or other MS analytics solutions (Synapse)
• Have strong Power BI skills (Data Modelling, DAX, Power Query, RLS/OLS)
• Have experience working with OLAP cubes (SSAS Tabular/Multi-dimensional or equivalent in Fabric)
• Have experience with SQL (complex queries, aggregates, optimization) and data modelling
• Are able to interact with clients and coordinate tasks
• Have at least intermediate knowledge of English language
