At Veriforce, we help companies in high-risk industries keep their people, worksites, and supply chains safe and compliant. As a global leader in contractor and supply chain risk management, our SaaS platform simplifies contractor onboarding, credentialing, and compliance while providing powerful analytics and insights. Beyond software, we offer expert support, training, and consulting so our clients can operate with confidence. Together, we’re making workplaces safer every day.
As our business scales and our product portfolio becomes more sophisticated, we are looking for a detail-obsessed Data Analyst to ensure our internal data is complete, accurate, and trustworthy. This is a great opportunity for someone with a sharp analytical mindset who’s eager to dive into complex datasets and partner closely with business leaders in a growing SaaS/tech company backed by Apax Partners.
The data analyst will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization by analyzing business performance, contractor behavior, and data integration.
This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing data from multiple systems, including CRM platforms, Billing Systems (Zuora), financial Systems (NetSuite), and product analytics tools to generate insights that drive growth, operational efficiency, and improved contractor outcomes. The data analyst will monitor and analyze core metrics to help leadership understand business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate brings strong data fundamentals, thrives in ambiguity, and has the technical horsepower to work with complex datasets while maintaining business acumen to influence senior leaders. This person is a highly detail-oriented self-starter who can balance precision and speed in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities independently, and collaborate effectively with others through strong interpersonal skills.
