An established Revenue Cycle Management company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytics-driven Data Analyst & Owner to join their team.
This role focuses on identifying, collecting, and analyzing critical data to optimize billing processes, monitor team performance, spot trends, and support overall organizational success. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working across multiple software platforms, and passionate about leveraging data to drive operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external systems to support billing and performance initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to define key metrics and create actionable reporting dashboards.
Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities to improve billing practices and revenue cycle outcomes.
Provide predictive analytics and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex data clearly.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to learn and navigate various software platforms and systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting (RCM or healthcare billing experience strongly preferred).
Track record of developing clear reports and actionable insights for operational improvement.
