Job Title - Data Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data collection, analysis, and reporting. The role focuses on transforming operational, sales, and supply chain data into actionable insights that improve performance, efficiency, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management
Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple internal systems and sources.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards.
Maintain structured databases and documentation of data processes.
Support integration of data from production, logistics, finance, and sales teams.
Analysis & Reporting
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Develop regular performance reports for management and departments.
Create dashboards and visualizations to support operational monitoring.
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and commercial decisions.
Business Performance Insights
Track KPIs related to production efficiency, costs, and revenue.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning initiatives.
Identify improvement opportunities through data-driven insights.
Assist teams in interpreting reports and applying findings to operations.
Tools & Process Improvement
Build and automate reports using BI tools and spreadsheets.
Support implementation of analytics tools and reporting frameworks.
Improve data workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Assist in developing standardized reporting formats across departments.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with operations, finance, supply chain, and sales teams.
Translate business requirements into analytical outputs.
Support leadership with presentations and data-backed recommendations.
Ensure timely delivery of accurate reports for decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, IT, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, food production, or supply chain sectors is an advantage.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Attention to detail and data accuracy focus
Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
Time management and ability to handle multiple reporting requests
