Data Analyst
The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL and visualization tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights and reports that drive strategic and operational improvements.
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
Conduct in-depth analyses using advanced statistical methods to identify patterns and correlations.
Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business performance.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
Translate complex data findings into business-friendly recommendations.
Design databases and systems to organize, store, and access data efficiently.
Streamline data collection methods with automated routines.
Develop scripts and tools to extract large volumes of data automatically.

Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
Advanced skills in Excel for analysis and reporting.
Understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and ETL/ELT processes.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with Databricks (SQL Analytics, Delta Lake, Spark, Notebooks).
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Knowledge of cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
Programming skills in Python or R for advanced analytics.
Experience with statistical analysis, predictive analytics, or machine learning.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
Strong business acumen and ability to align insights with strategy.
