We are looking for someone who can keep the customer at the center of everything and demonstrate how WebEngage solves their problems. Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain data accurately and efficiently across various platforms (CRMs & Google Sheet)
2. Update and maintain reports, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
3. Facilitate interdepartmental communication and coordination by assisting with data requests.
4. Demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and rectify data discrepancies or anomalies.
5. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks to support the needs of the team and the organization.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to analyze data logically and identify patterns or trends.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges.
• A degree in a relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or/and Google Sheet or other similar office software.
  • Excel Macro or Google Script will be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interdepartmental coordination.
