The MarTech & Business Analytics Associate is the internal custodian of Hojuzat’s data "Core and Shell." You are responsible for the health of our
Grid of Tools
, ensuring that data flows seamlessly from our App/Web products into our analytical engines. You will shadow expert consultants to master our infrastructure and take full internal ownership of our data routes, specifically leading the visualization of business health through
Power BI
.
MarTech Stewardship & Shadowing:
Act as the internal shadow to the MarTech consultant. You must master the end-to-end setup (Adjust, GTM, Zoho) to ensure you can maintain and troubleshoot the infrastructure independently after the initial setup.
Power BI & Visualization:
Lead the creation of the "Business Shell." You will build and maintain high-level dashboards in
Power BI
, connecting directly to our data sources to provide a real-time view of revenue, user growth, and funnel performance.
Data Sanity & Auditing:
Perform daily "Sanity Checks" to ensure data consistency between the App, Web, Zoho CRM, and Power BI. You are the first line of defense against "leaking" data or broken tracking events (e.g., Check Availability).
The Grid of Tools Management:
Own the administration of our data stack, including
Zoho Analytics, Power BI, Adjust, and GTM
. You ensure every tool in the marketing and business departments is updated, integrated, and delivering accurate data.
Automation & Data Integration:
Design and implement automated data routes. Your goal is to eliminate manual Excel exports by creating live API-based integrations between our core database and our analytical tools.
Analysis Facilitation:
Directly support Ahmed ElSherif with on-demand data deep-dives. You will design "Analysis Paths" to solve specific business problems (e.g., "Correlating on-ground activations with app download spikes").
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Power BI Mastery:
Strong foundational knowledge of
Power BI (DAX, Power Query)
. You must be able to transform raw data into clean, interactive visualizations.
Advanced Excel/SQL:
High proficiency in Excel (Power Pivot) and a solid understanding of
SQL
for querying databases and managing data routes.
Technical Logic:
A quick learner who can understand how
GTM (Server-Side)
,
MMPs (Adjust)
, and
CRMs (Zoho)
exchange data via APIs and webhooks.
Analytical Thinking:
The ability to look at a "Core" data set and envision the "Shell" (the final report) that the business needs to see.
1–2 Years Experience:
Ideal for a high-potential junior or recent graduate with a strong portfolio of data projects.
Portfolio:
Any experience building Power BI dashboards or managing a GTM container is a significant advantage.
KSA Market Context:
An understanding of local search trends and consumer behavior in the Saudi travel market is a plus.
