Job Title:
Operations & Insights Analyst

Experience:
1-2 Years

Location:
Bangalore/Hyderabad

Shift Timing:
2.00PM to 11:00PM

Role Overview:
Seeking an Operations & Insights Analyst who can bridge data and business operations. This
role focuses on driving operational efficiency, generating actionable insights, and
communicating findings through clear presentations. The ideal candidate is process-oriented,
comfortable working with data, and skilled at collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
● Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
● Support day-to-day operational reporting, tracking key metrics, SLAs, and performance
indicators.
● Use SQL (basic to intermediate) to extract data for reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc
analysis.
● Translate data insights into clear, structured presentations for leadership and business
teams.
● Work closely with operations, program, and business teams to understand processes
and pain points.
● Recommend and support process improvements based on data-backed insights.
● Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of operational reports.
● Assist in documentation of processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
(SOPs).

Required Skills & Experience:
● 1-2 years of experience in operations, process analytics, business analysis, or a similar
role.
● Strong presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Basic to intermediate SQL for data extraction and analysis.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
● Experience handling operational work, tracking metrics, and managing recurring
deliverables.
● Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively.
● Exposure to process frameworks.
