Job Description

TRU is hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to support analytics, automation, and credit risk initiatives in a fast-growing fintech environment. The role combines hands-on Python/SQL development with practical problem-solving across data, automation, and internal tooling.
Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize SQL queries, data models, and datasets for reporting and analytics.
• Develop Python pipelines and scripts for data processing and automation.
• Create and maintain small internal web apps or microservices (Flask, FastAPI, etc.).
• Support credit risk analytics, including scorecards, segment insights, and portfolio monitoring.
• Use tools like n8n or Appsmith to automate workflows and improve team efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or a related role.
• Strong skills in Python and SQL.
• Basic experience integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with lightweight web application development.
• Ability to work full-time on-site.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in credit risk or consumer finance.
• General finance or lending domain understanding (e.g., underwriting, portfolio metrics, KPIs).
• Exposure to automation tools such as n8n or Appsmith.
• Comfort translating technical findings for business teams.
