We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join the Business Analytics & Reporting (BAR) team, supporting OGA Payment Integrity BI (PIBI) initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of enterprise reporting solutions while delivering high-quality analytics support across executive, operational, product, and KPI dashboards.

10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting Support, with a proven track record of supporting enterprise BI environments in production support roles. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in advanced Alteryx and Transact-SQL (T-SQL) engineering, along with hands-on reporting experience in at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or SSRS).

Primary Responsibilities:

This is a Business Reporting & Data Analytics positions as part of Business Analytics & Reporting team initiative and will be responsible for:

  • Manage and triage production incidents and support requests, ensuring timely resolution within SLA commitments
  • Provide end-to-end support for BI assets including Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx workflows, and SQL-based data pipelines
  • Monitor system health, proactively identify issues, and ensure high availability of reporting and analytics solutions
  • Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution, escalations, and dependency management
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability, performance, and reliability
  • Automate repetitive support tasks and strengthen monitoring, alerting, and incident tracking mechanisms
  • Maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for support processes and known issues
  • These resources will be supporting PIBI Team for the following types of dashboards: (Executive, Operational, Product and KPI Dashboard and Materials)
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Solid hands-on experience in Alteryx workflow development for data preparation, blending, transformation, and automation of reporting processes
  • Experience in performance tuning and query optimization for large datasets
  • Hands-on experience in reporting and data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SSRS, with ability to design interactive dashboards, executive scorecards, and operational reports, along with solid understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices
    Expertise in Transact-SQL (T-SQL) for writing complex queries (joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures)
  • Exposure to automating reporting workflows by integrating Alteryx with SQL/Snowflake systems
  • Proven expertise in data analysis, including data validation, reconciliation, KPI development, trend analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA) to derive actionable business insights from complex datasets
  • Proficient in handling data pipelines, database integrations, and Snowflake/SQL-based environments
  • Proven ability to design scalable ETL workflows including data ingestion, cleansing, joining, and enrichment

Key Technical Skills:

  • Alteryx and Transact SQL
  • Data analysis
  • Reporting experience in one of these (Tableau, Power BI, SSRS)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Data Engineering / ETL pipelines (ADF, Databricks)
  • Solid understanding of data models and reporting layers
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools, ticketing systems (Rally/JIRA)
