Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, BI, and AI (including GenAI) initiatives, integrating strategy and execution across business and technical streamsTranslate business needs into scalable D&AI architectures, roadmaps, and product backlogsManage delivery, ensuring quality execution and progress reporting within PMO structuresCoordinate multidisciplinary teams (data engineers, BI developers, AI/ML specialists)Develop key artefacts (data models, governance frameworks, use cases, solution blueprints)Support pre-sales, including opportunity shaping and solution positioning.
Your profileBSc or MSc in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fieldsAt least 6 years of experience in data and/or AI-focused strategy, transformation and operations projects, and at least 2 years managing junior teamsAbility to lead C-level client relationships and shape transformation roadmapsProficiency with Microsoft ecosystems (PowerPoint, Excel, Copilot, and Agent Builder)Knowledge of modern data platforms, AI/ML and Generative AI, and key tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Power Query/BIFluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.We believe that success lies in people and in your willingness to push boundaries.
