Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Analyse existing data structures, models and flows, and design best-practice data architecture solutions.
• 
  Design and build dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to support business decision-making.
• 
  Design, configure and build
  AI agents / copilots
  for internal users.
• 
  Contribute to the AI strategy with focus on practical enablement and business value.
• 
  Work across data, analytics and AI platforms to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• 
  Translate business requirements into scalable data, analytics and AI solutions.
• 
  Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, solution architects and business stakeholders.
• 
  Ensure high data quality, governance and documentation.

Minimum Requirements

• 
  Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data, Analytics or related field.
• 
  Strong
  SQL
  and data analysis skills.
• 
  Experience in a data/analytics-focused role (Data Analyst, BI Developer, Technical Business Analyst, Data Engineer or AI Specialist).
• 
  Hands-on experience building
  dashboards and analytics solutions
  (Power BI, Qlik or similar).
• 
  Proven ability to translate business needs into data/analytics/AI solutions.
• 
  Experience working with relational databases and data modelling.

Ideal / Advantageous

• 
  Experience in financial services or banking.
• 
  Exposure to AWS cloud platforms.
• 
  Practical experience building or configuring
  AI agents, copilots or LLM-based solutions
  .
• 
  Experience with APIs and data integration.
• 
  Postgraduate qualification or AI/Data certifications.
