Shape the industry of tomorrow – today.
Something special is taking shape at the Siemens Technology Campus Erlangen (F80): one of Europe’s most ambitious high-tech locations and, at the same time, an adaptive, autonomous and AI-driven factory where people and technology are reinventing production processes together.
As a Digital Lighthouse Factory and Customer Zero for Siemens’ own digitalization portfolio, we are not only users of cutting-edge technologies – we help shape them. What is being created here in Erlangen will become a global blueprint for the production of tomorrow.
For this next step, we are looking for someone who sees optimization not as a purely theoretical model, but as a powerful lever for real factory performance – from production planning, material flow and capacity management to autonomous decision logic in live value streams.
Join our team – and actively shape what production will mean tomorrow.
