🎯 TASKS

• Build Quality Dashboards in MicroStrategy
  1. Design, develop and maintain Quality dashboards in MicroStrategy, in close collaboration with a Data Analyst from the team.
  2. Gather business requirements from Quality stakeholders and translate them into actionable KPIs and visualizations.
  3. Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across reports.
  4. Document dashboards and provide user guidance to the Quality team.
• Develop an AI Agent for Sales Quality Guidelines
  1. Design and build an AI agent that provides tailored Quality guidelines for each sale, based on multiple criteria (business sector, season, volume of SKUs, product type, etc.).
  2. Collect, structure and formalize existing Quality guidelines into a usable knowledge base.
  3. Work on prompt engineering, testing and iterative improvement of the agent's recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with Quality experts to validate the relevance and accuracy of the agent's outputs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  1. Work closely with the Quality team, Data Analysts and business stakeholders.
  2. Propose improvements to Quality processes based on data insights.
  3. Share progress, findings and recommendations through regular updates and presentations.

• Data-driven, you are strong with numbers and have good Excel skills
• SQL + dashboards
• Prompting + AI agent
• Data quality mindset
• Communication
• Structured, rigorous and analytical
• Strong aptitude for process thinking and improvement
• Proven ability to research and implement new technologies
• Proactive, organized and independent, you can drive things forward
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adobe package knowledge mandatory
• Fluent level of English is a must, Spanish and French valued
• Interest in digital innovation, artificial intelligence, and user experience
