This role is hybrid. The Engineer of Data and AI support enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Integration (DI), Business Intelligence (BI), and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives across Winnebago Industries. This role designs, builds, and supports data pipelines, AI solutions, and analytics capabilities that enable trusted, data-driven decision making. The engineer partners with business and technical stakeholders to implement data governance standards, manage master data, and operationalize AI and machine learning solutions. Working collaboratively with project teams and service partners, the role delivers scalable, secure, and reliable data and AI solutions that drive measurable business value and support enterprise priorities.

This posting includes a range of the salary across a geographical market. The base pay for this position ranges from $105,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
