About the Job

As a Data & AI Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the future of AI innovation at Allianz Technology. You will design and lead the architecture of enterprise‑grade AI and data platforms in cloud environments, driving cutting‑edge solutions such as RAG systems, multi‑agent architectures, and modern data ecosystems.

Your work will directly enable the company’s AI‑driven transformation while ensuring the highest standards of security, privacy, and governance.

What You Do

• Design end‑to‑end enterprise AI platforms, including training, fine‑tuning, and evaluation workflows.
• Build advanced RAG architectures using vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search pipelines.
• Architect distributed multi‑agent systems with orchestration layers and collaborative reasoning.
• Implement AI guardrails such as bias detection, model monitoring, and output‑validation mechanisms.
• Design cloud‑native AI/ML solutions across major cloud providers using managed services.
• Architect modern data platforms (data lakes, lakehouses, streaming pipelines, feature stores) to support scalable AI workloads.
• Apply security‑by‑design, privacy, and AI governance principles while defining standards and guiding technical teams.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in Solution/Technical Architecture focused on AI/ML, cloud, or data engineering, plus 2+ years hands‑on with AI model development or RAG systems.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare.
• Deep knowledge of AI model architectures and deployment strategies, with hands‑on use of AI frameworks, vector databases, and multi‑agent or LLM orchestration tools.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms, containerization, infrastructure‑as‑code, and modern data stacks (streaming, ETL/ELT, feature stores).
• Solid grounding in information security, data‑privacy frameworks, and AI governance principles.
• Excellent English communication skills, able to clearly explain complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
