Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain databases, ensuring material and customer account data integrity and accuracy

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data management strategies

  • Monitor and analyze data quality, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies

  • Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries and standard operating procedures

  • Support data analysis and reporting activities, generating insights to drive business decisions

  • Resolving data, process, and critical issues

  • Developing and continually improving business processes through process audits and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) projects.

  • Resolving and addressing Master Data Management process and data issues

  • Regularly reporting updates to relevant parties

  • Reporting on the performance of the Master Data process and bringing any issues to the attention of functional managers

Requirements:

  • High School education preferably in administration, logistics, or equivalent experience will be considered

  • Proven experience in data administration

  • Extensive understanding of data management principles and effective approaches

  • Proficiency with MS Office programs (i.e., Excel, Word)

  • Knowledge of ERP, PDM (SAP, OCPLM is a plus) and Sales Force is an advantage

  • Proficient written and spoken English, with previous work experience with international teams

  • Knowledge of Czech/Slovak language is a big advantage

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
