Main Responsibilities:

• Cleansing of shipments records enabling the Clearance team to complete the Customs declarations for compliance.
• Assist in the collation of the necessary documents for BTO shipments to facilitate smooth handover of the documents to the appointed broker
• Assist to create an initial shipment record for the over-landed shipment using the commercial documents available on the physical shipment.
• Set clear and realistic goals and objectives. Establishes a course of action and a sequence of steps to ensure that activities and objectives are efficiently achieved

Requirements:

• Minimal bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years working experience in customs clearance environment
• Good communication skills (English), spoken and written
• Having good knowledge on Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
