• Reading real estate leases and associated documents to record informationregardingpayments, critical dates, and responsibilities or comparing legal documents

• Efficient management of own workload and ability to support other team members in their workload

• Managing and being part of the back-up system within the team

• Supporting the maintenance of BAU process documents relating their job
