· Ofis genel düzeni ve idari operasyonların yürütülmesini sağlamak

· Tedarikçi firmalar ile süreçleri yönetmek (temizlik, yemek, güvenlik vb.)

· Araç, servis ve diğer idari hizmetlerin organizasyonunu sağlamak

· Fatura, sözleşme ve resmi evrak süreçlerini takip etmek

· Ofis ihtiyaçlarını belirlemek ve teminini sağlamak

· İlgili raporlamaları düzenli olarak yapmak

Yetkinlikler

• Lisans seviyesinde eğitimini tamamlamış
• İngilizceyi en az B1 seviyesinde kullanabilen
• Aktif olarak araç kullanabilen
• Planlama ve organizasyon becerileri gelişmiş
• İletişim, koordinasyon ve ilişki yönetimi yetkinliği yüksek
• Problem çözme ve kriz yönetimi konularında deneyimli
• Detaylara önem veren, takipçi ve sonuç odaklı çalışma anlayışına sahip
• Tedarikçi yönetimi ve satın alma süreçleri konusunda bilgi ve deneyim sahibi
