Dan's Prize Inc., processes and packages meat product at two production facilities located in Browerville and Long Prairie MN. We have over 600 different meat products; we work with beef, pork, chicken, and turkey. Dan's Prize started in 1986 with 12 employees, and our continued growth has brought us to where we are today with over 530 people.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
This person will assist new employees learn their knew job tasks and get acclimated to Dan’s Prize. This person will conduct safety orientation for new hires, 30 day refresher training, manage the SDS forms and log, and conduct a variety of bilingual training on the production floor and in a classroom. This would include HR policies, QC policies, and safety policies. This person may be required to perform various duties on second shift as needed/scheduled.
